Formal document addressed to Space Overseas Service Pvt. Ltd. detailing required job categories, workforce numbers, monthly salaries, food & accommodation, working hours, and contract tenure.
Authorizing Space Overseas Service (Govt. Lic. No. 111/054/055) to represent the employer before Nepal government departments, arrange visas, conduct medical checks, and mobilize candidates.
Contractual agreement signed between the foreign employer and Space Overseas Service stating recruitment obligations, deployment service fees, mutual terms, and dispute resolutions.
Standard bilateral employment agreement outlining labor protections, overtime compensation, annual leave, airfare terms, and occupational safety provisions for the workers.
An official assurance provided by the sponsor stating that workers will not be deployed outside the designated country or company without valid legal authorization.
A copy of the employer's valid commercial license / CR / Chamber registration proving active legal establishment in the destination country.
A transparent projection of working days required from document submission to flight landing.
