Stage 01 • Legalization

Receipt of Demand & Ministry Pre-Approval

Upon receipt of the authentic Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, and Employment Agreement, our legal team submits documentation to the Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE), Nepal, for official pre-approval.

Stage 03 • Trade Testing

Practical Trade Testing & Client Interview

Stage 04 • Compliance

Medical Fitness & Police Clearance

Selected candidates undergo mandatory comprehensive medical screening through approved GAMCA and GCC health clinics, accompanied by police character certification and biometrics.

Stage 05 • Legal Sanction

Visa Stamping & Final Labor Approval

Following entry visa issuance by the host nation, our liaison desk processes the mandatory Government Labor Insurance, welfare contribution, and final Labor Permit stamp from the Department of Foreign Employment.

Stage 06 • Departure

Pre-Departure Briefing & Flight Dispatch

Before boarding, recruits attend a mandatory orientation program covering workplace safety, destination culture, labor laws, and contractual obligations. Flight schedules and airport dispatch are fully coordinated.

Client Documentation

Mandatory Documents Required From Employer

Under Nepal Government regulations, foreign employers must execute the following 5 standard legal instruments attested by the Chamber of Commerce / Ministry of Foreign Affairs / Nepal Embassy.

1. Demand Letter

Formal document addressed to Space Overseas Service Pvt. Ltd. detailing required job categories, workforce numbers, monthly salaries, food & accommodation, working hours, and contract tenure.

2. Power of Attorney

Authorizing Space Overseas Service (Govt. Lic. No. 111/054/055) to represent the employer before Nepal government departments, arrange visas, conduct medical checks, and mobilize candidates.

3. Agency Agreement

Contractual agreement signed between the foreign employer and Space Overseas Service stating recruitment obligations, deployment service fees, mutual terms, and dispute resolutions.

4. Employment Contract

Standard bilateral employment agreement outlining labor protections, overtime compensation, annual leave, airfare terms, and occupational safety provisions for the workers.

5. Guarantee Letter

An official assurance provided by the sponsor stating that workers will not be deployed outside the designated country or company without valid legal authorization.

6. Commercial Registration

A copy of the employer's valid commercial license / CR / Chamber registration proving active legal establishment in the destination country.
